Walking Club

Walking with other people is encouraging, fun, and builds community. So why not find your new walking buddies with us! 

Every Wednesday morning we will meet at the Spring Hill Civic Center Gymnasium. If the weather is nice, we'll walk outside! If not, we'll stick with the gym. 

Our instructor will be on hand to also teach you breathing and stretching techniques to help maximize your walking experience!
