General Information & Policy Statement

Set-Up: Set-up begins October 29, 2021 at 4:30pm. You must be set-up by 5:45pm.

Description: Booth space is 10’x10’. You will need to provide your own table and chairs. Displays and activities requiring special needs (including extra space, etc.) must notify SHRC before October 22, 2021. 

Dismantling: Teardown will not be allowed before 8:30pm and must be completed by 9:30pm.

Electricity: Not available for vendors.

Security & Insurance: The Exhibitor understands that the City, SHRC, nor USD 230 maintains insurance covering the Exhibitor’s property. It is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to obtain such insurance.

Terms & Conditions: All booth contents must remain within the confines of your 10’x10’ booth space, unless otherwise requested. All booths must be open and staffed during the event hours.
