SHRC is excited to bring back Yoga classes to our community! Currently, we are offering two different classes:
- Beginner Level Yoga: Traditional yoga poses for strength and flexibility
- Intermediate Level Yoga: Traditional yoga poses for strength and flexibility
ALL classes are FREE!
Classes will be held at the Spring Hill Civic Center.
All participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat.
These are drop-in classes with no pre-registration required.

5:00-6:00pm: Beginner Level Yoga
Thursday
5:00-6:00pm: Intermediate Level Yoga
