1. How do I register for Spring Hill Recreation Commission programs?

You have four options to register for the Spring Hill Recreation Commission programs:

• Call us at 913-592-2214
• Fill out our Program Registration Form (PDF) and drop it off with a check in the drop box outside our office door
• Register online
• Visit us in person at 401 N. Madison in Room 18

2. How can I volunteer to be a coach?

The volunteer coaches really enrich our sports and we would be lost without them. We encourage everyone to coach a sport. In order to coach, you will be required to fill out a background check form and an application. To fill out these forms and for additional information, please visit our coaching page.

3. Are there scholarships available?

The Spring Hill Recreation Commission believes that every child should have a chance to participate in our activities. Please visit our scholarship page for more information.

4. How do I sponsor an activity?

To sponsor an activity please contact us via email or call 913-592-2214 and we will discuss the various sponsorship levels, price and payment options.

5. How do I know if an activity is canceled?

If you're wondering if an activity is going to be canceled, please call our rain-out lines or keep an eye on our Facebook page. We will update those as frequently as possible.

6. Can I get a refund?

Yes, you can receive a full refund before an activity starts, minus a $5 processing fee. After an activity starts you can receive a percentage refund due to an illness or an injury. Once an activity is more the 50% complete no refund will be given.

7. What kinds of payment are accepted?

We accept cash, check, and credit / debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express). Please note that if you are registering over the phone / internet we can only accept credit / debit cards.

8. How do I make a suggestion?

We love to hear suggestions from those in our community on how to improve upon a program or a new program that you would like to see. Please contact us using our online form.

9. My ActiveNet account isn't working. What do I do?

Usually this happens because you have forgotten your password, or 2 family accounts have been made on accident. Please call the SHRC at 913-592-2214 and we can reset your password so that you will have access to your online account.
