This class is a 45 minute dance fitness class, followed by a 45 minute yoga session! You can choose to stay for both, or drop in for one or the other!
The hip hop dance fitness class focuses on having fun and improving your physical and mental health and well-being. It focuses on shredding fat and building muscle, all while having a blast with some friends.
The yoga session is designed to relax and find your center.
This class is a judgment free zone where you can express yourself through dance and by the end of the day, leave you feeling brand new!
